i said a while back that i was going to write about music more. today i was running errands while listening to jason mraz. i have been listening to him a lot lately. his lyrics, vocals, and guitar playing work well together. quick, catchy rhythms with good words. one of his slower songs is called "details in fabric." check out the most prominant line...

simple concept, indeed. however, it's one of the toughest challenges we face. to keep it all together without losing control or being overwhelmed. be dignified and confident in who you are. all while stayin true to your goals and decisions. it's when we do that - everything is fine.
but as we all know, this can be tough. becoming overwhelmed, and making the decision to step away from the education field was scary. i had to remember psalms 126 "Those who sow in tears, will reap with songs of joy."
so, i guess the point is...be confident, stay true to yourself, and in the end the trials of life will ultimately yield great happiness.
